Natalie was appointed Ground Rent Co-Ordinator in 2016 and is responsible for organising the different activates and people involved within Ground Rent Department, to ensure effective and professional execution on behalf of our Clients.
She joined McConnell Martin as a Junior Clerk in February 2006 after completing a Higher National Diploma in Accounting at Belfast Metropolitan College.
Over a decade working within the Accounts Department, she is knowledgeable in purchaser ledger, payroll, service charges, cash management, bank reconciliations and preparing trial balance.
She has a clear understanding of our in-house computerised system, QUBE. And through part time study was awarded a distinction in Sage Accounting & Payroll.
Natalie is a highly motivated individual and is currently working towards completion of CIMA Qualification.
