Ken started work with H & J Martin in 1976 as Assitant Buyer, moving into surveying and running the Maintenance Dept. with the late John Martin, leaving in 1987 to join McConnell Martin as Assistant Estates Manager and later to become Estates Manager in 1992.
During this time Ken was involved with Bomb Damage works, Health & Safety, Dilapidations, Condition Reports, Fire Safety and General Management Issues.
Ken overlooks the day to day Management of the Abbey Retail Park, and Lanyon Place.
